This document was first created on Sunday, December 23, 2012 and was most recently revised on Saturday, November 5, 2016. I have been openly kidnapped for 34 years, and still am while writing this ... in the USA; in the State of California. By "OPENLY KIDNAPPED," I mean my location is well known and my captors are free to mingle in society without fear of arrest or prosecution. They are in fact well paid as a reward for carrying out this most heinous felony crime, which is worse than outright murder, as it is the most brutal and horrifying manner of torturing a person to death, long and drawn out — like eternity in hell. There have been no public protests, no sufficient coalescing of a visible group of campaigners for my release, no successful voice powerful enough to be heard in exposing the kidnap scam and my ruthlessly arrogant kidnappers, no rescue operation by government, individuals, agency, friends, family or outraged activists. My kidnappers are members of the most formidable kidnapping gang in U.S. history who have, until now and continuing, operated with total impunity and are rewarded by your tax dollars. The kidnappers are members of the State of California parole authority ("Board of Parole Hearings" — "BPH") which is a branch of the CDCR, (California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations) — surprise, surprise, the government agency that spawned the notorious "Green Wall" and "Corcoran Sharks" prison gangs comprised solely of CDCR prison guards. Agencies don't kidnap, torture or murder people, certain renegade BPH and CDCR bureaucrats who believe they are above all laws; with their own private agenda to target and hold captive selected CDCR prisoners FOR YEARS AFTER THEIR JUDICIAL SENTENCES HAVE BEEN FULLY SERVED AND COMPLETED, do. And have been for some 40 years now. Renegade BPH and CDCR agents, relying on crime-infested judges for impunity and protection to operate this kidnapping ring began over a quarter of a century ago keeping certain prisoners confined in CDCR prisons AFTER THEIR CONVICTION SENTENCES DECREED BY STATUTE WERE FULLY SERVED AND OVER WITH, AFTER THERE WAS NO FURTHER JUDICIAL SENTENCE OF IMPRISONMENT. This is, plain and simple — KIDNAPPING! Here's the law: CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE:
If this does not get your attention, tell me: WHAT WOULD? There are an estimated 30,000+ California prisoners in CDCR prisons kidnapped by this runaway criminal practice. I am the foremost of those; there is no other case in CDC/CDCR history comparable to this kidnapping case. My mandatory release date, for my sentence being fully served, even had I been guilty as convicted, was MAY 1, 1992, not counting the forged verdict form. If we factor in the 2 years on the verdict form that the jury DID NOT find "TRUE" but was forged in open court by the judge's order to his court clerk, Corrine Rose, my mandatory release date was May 1, 1990. The past 26 years have been outright kidnapping by renegades in the BPH and CDCR. I became the foremost of the 30,000+ kidnap victims FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING; for having been the only one to blow the whistle on this kidnapping enterprise, decades ago, along with exposing many, many other crimes committed by loose cannon CDCR/BPH taxpaid employees. I was never put in prison for commission of a crime in the first place; I have lived a crime-free life, all my life, much opposed to all forms of crime — THAT IS WHY I AM IN PRISON. Corrupt judges in California have been actively willing to "play along" in aiding BPH and CDCR crime partners in carrying out this high felony enterprise, beginning about 1979. You who comprise the public have raised an outcry of outrage, rightly
so, when sick animals kidnapped, raped and tortured innocent citizens like
Casey Dugard; but I have been kidnapped, tortured, starved and physically
destroyed by cachexia, brutalized, inhumanely restrained, hideously oppressed,
force-drugged almost to death, character assassinated, severely sleep deprived
for decades, physically, mentally, emotionally and socially traumatized
to the greatest degree imaginable, slandered and libeled ruthlessly, tricked,
taunted, shattered, brain damaged by brutal physical force, endured years
of sensory deprivation in seclusion, been thirteen times on the brink of
murdered under CDCR guards' hit contracts, been prematurely aged, and had
my marriage and family systematically destroyed, my dreams crushed and
life's purpose stolen ........... plus endured A LOT more UNIMAGINABLE
cruelties at the hands of CDCR and BPH while innocent of any crime — for
far longer than any of those other high publicity kidnap victims, for over
12,000 days nonstop — more than half of my life — more than
3/4 of my adult life — presently in the 34th year of this insane, sadistic,
senseless cruelty ... WHILE THIS IS COMMITTED OPENLY.
WHERE IS THE RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION? — for a man who quietly (on at least five different occasions) risked life and limb to jump into the fray to save the life of others, with barely a word of thanks (and never sought nor expected any). WHERE ARE YOU RIGHTEOUS-HEARTED PROTESTERS?
